Spare Parts

Olson offers a full compliment of spare parts services to our customers, regardless of the original furnace design. Our experienced staff is able to competitively offer cast parts and other fabricated assemblies utilizing our own shop facilities. In addition we offer:

Flame safety equipment including UV detectors (normally in stock)

Services

Olson offers the following services to the industry:

Tuning of combustion systems to improve performance
Surveys to meet government, military, or other specifications including a written report and certified temperature readings
Provide test thermocouples and a certified multipoint for testing
Inspect your equipment including "crawl through" and recommend changes to improve performance and reduce maintenance, followed by a written report
Training of your operators
Dry-out and testing on new furnaces or retrofitted furnaces
Personnel available with 24 hour or less notice
